Jim LaCour is the founder of LaCour Construction.
Jim LaCour is a graduate of the University of North Florida School of Building Construction. He is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida and a licensed Commercial Pool Contractor. Jim has worked with industry leading companies from Jacksonville including industrial projects for America’s Design/Build leader, one of the top Multifamily developer and in house construction companies in the state of Florida, the top Multifamily / Student Housing Contractor in the South Eastern United States, and one of the largest single family builders in the nation. His project experience spans 10 states with a combined value exceeding $300 million.
Rachel LaCour has been with LaCour Construction from the day of inception. She spent the first several years working mainly as the office administrator. In 2011 Rachel moved into a Superintendent role managing Residential and Commercial swimming pool construction. Rachel’s current responsibilities include sales, marketing, scheduling subcontractors, employee relations and payroll, accounts receivables and estimating.
